What Do I Need to Take to Renew My License?
License renewals are due every 2 years. All licensees in New Hampshire are required to take a CORE class. Active Salespersons and Brokers must take a CORE plus 12 hours of electives. Salespersons renewing for the First -Time (Post Licensing) must take CORE plus 12 hours of specific classes designated with a #PE in the following topics: Agency, Disclosure, Ethics and Purchase & Sale Agreement. They may also use additional specific electives with a #PL number if the #PE courses don't add up to 12 hours.
