    The first step to becoming a NH Salesperson is to complete an accredited 40-hour prelicense course. Then you can register for the State and National exams at PSI.   • What if I am licensed in another state?

    If you have an active real estate license in good standing with another US state, then you may apply for a NH equivalent license by taking only the state exam, provided you have already passed the national exam. This is a new policy as of 8/1/22, contact the NH Real Estate Commission
