What Do I Need to Renew My NH License?
Active NH Salespersons and Brokers must take CORE plus 12 hours of electives.
License renewals are due every 2 years.
*Salespersons renewing for the First -Time must take CORE plus 12 hours of specifically designated POST LICENSING classes in these topics: Agency, Disclosure, Ethics, Contracts. After completing those courses, if more credits are needed then there are additional specific electives.
* We have some dual credit classes for professionals who also need CEs in MA/ME/VT
*Salespersons renewing for the First -Time must take CORE plus 12 hours of specifically designated POST LICENSING classes in these topics: Agency, Disclosure, Ethics, Contracts. After completing those courses, if more credits are needed then there are additional specific electives.
