Instructor Bio:
The first step to becoming a NH Salesperson is to complete an accredited 40-hour prelicense course. Then you can register for the State and National exams at PSI. Upon passing both exams with a 70% or higher grade, you will need to affliate with a NH brokerage and submit a License application. For more detail visit NH Real Estate Commission Exam Info
If you have an active real estate license in good standing with another US state, then you may apply for a NH equivalent license by taking only the state exam, provided you have already passed the national exam. This is a new policy as of 8/1/22, contact the NH Real Estate Commission
